On your gCast home page, select "Create a New Campaign". From here choose from the Drag & Drop Pro, Drag & Drop email creator, HTML email creator or from the template library.

Once you are happy with your email or SMS content, switch to the "Send Options" and "Demographics" tabs to configure your campaign settings. Then switch to the "Status" tab to finalise and activate your campaign. To learn more about email and SMS send configuration, click here.

On your gCast home page, select "Create a New Campaign". From here, select "SMS" under "More options".

Demographics are the segment of your members to which you are sending a campaign. Once you are happy with your draft, determine your campaign demographic by choosing the relevant attributes (e.g. date of birth, opened a previous campaign or survey responses).

On your gCast home page, select "Import Members". Add a CSV file of your contact list and make sure to map the columns correctly. Learn more about importing members here.

On your gCast home page, select "View Recent Campaigns". Here you can see the status of your campaign and performance stats such as open rates, clicks and bounces.

Before you send a campaign to your members, it's good practice to send yourself a test of your campaign to make sure it does not contain typos, fits well on desktop and mobile devices and includes relevant links.

To send a test, open the campaign draft and select the "Status" tab in the top menu. In the space provided, add the email addresses you wish to send the test to. To send to multiple addresses, separate the email addresses with a semi-colon (;).

The template library contains pre-built designs that you can use to quickly create and send emails to your campaign recipients. Whilst we've created free email templates for you to use, feel free to also create your own. Learn more about the template library here.

You can edit any of the designs in your template library to be saved for later or to send to your members. On your gCast home page, select "Template Library". Browse from the templates available and select the template you want to edit.
